Sitar Restaurante

I recently visited this restaurant during a trip to Valencia with my friends. We were staying just outside the city in a village and were craving Indian food, so we found this place through Google Maps. Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by the restaurant's ambiance, which was both elegant and inviting. We ordered a variety of dishes, and while the food was good, it wasn’t exceptionally outstanding. However, there were several aspects of our experience that stood out: - The staff was incredibly welcoming and greeted us with a positive and friendly attitude. - We appreciated the complimentary papad and chutney that were served while we waited for our meal. - The presentation of the food was lovely. - The ambiance was superb, with a distinctly Indian vibe complemented by soft Indian music in the background. One area for improvement could be the flavor of the food—it was good, but it could be even better. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience, and I would recommend this restaurant for its atmosphere and hospitality.

Having lived all over Spain for 36 years, this is without a doubt the best Indian restaurant I've been to in this country. Really friendly staff, great service and amazing food. Been a few times and will return. Full respect.

It would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the Korma. It was watery and lacked flavour compared to other ones I have had. Apart from that, it was great.

Great Indian restaurant with a wide menu. Good and friendly attention, but prepare yourself to wait extra minutes, as the waiters are running around. Noisy, lot of tourists. Usually full. Recommended to make a reservation. Great kitchen. Slow service. Free parking outside, unfortunately, people smoke closer to the outside tables. Fair pricing. Easy in and out location. Recommended.

Found this restaurant on Google Maps and felt very welcome the second we walked in. Wonderful staff who greeted us with smiles. The restaurant interior is colourful and cheery. The menu is pretty extensive and the food was really good. I especially loved the butter chicken, and the biryani was great too. It felt quite surreal to enjoy such great quality Indian food in the Valencian countryside. I’ll definitely return the next time I’m back in the area.

I had an incredible dining experience at Sitar restaurant ! From the moment I walked in, the warm ambiance and friendly staff made me feel welcome. The food was absolutely delicious—each dish was bursting with authentic flavors and perfectly spiced. I highly recommend trying their butter chicken ,it was a standout! The naan was fresh and fluffy, and the curries were rich and flavrful. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff ensuring everything was just right. And the quantity of the food is more than sufficient If you're looking for an authentic and delightful Indian dining experience, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Amazing Indian restaurant, I travel from the U.K. every other month and have stopped eating in the Manchester Indian Restaurants. This due to me waiting till I get here to revisit a few time during my stay. The Sitar can’t be beaten
